Residential use in industrial corridor / wetland buffer variance

The abutting owner at 20 Londonderry Turnpike said he supports improving the property but opposes putting residential units in an increasingly industrial, noisy corridor — noting the town once made him tear down a rental house there. He also complained he couldn't reach the engineer for answers.
