The project's engineer explained Greenview Management developed the road while Greenscape Building built the houses and driveways, so driveway problems are a builder issue, not a road defect.

A Tibo Corporation representative said the paver milled and matched every driveway flush with existing pavement and tied into what was there, putting responsibility on the builder or homeowner.
